Hanspeter Logo becomes owner and CEO in the second generation. Since 1970, Logo-Plastic AG has stood for expertise and reliability in the world of plastic packaging. As part of the internationally active Semadeni Industry Group, we combine tradition with innovation and offer a comprehensive product portfolio – from bottles and jars to canisters, buckets, tubes, and closures.
Our headquarters are located in Pratteln near Basel. With sites in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Croatia, we are firmly established throughout Central Europe. More than 200 employees are committed to developing and distributing high-quality packaging solutions.

Milestones
Our history shows how Logo-Plastic has grown from a Swiss family business into an international packaging partner.
1970
Company founded
Arthur and Claire Logo-Flury establish A. Logo-Flury LF Plastic AG in Basel. The company sign at St. Alban-Vorstadt 24 reads: “Modern plastic packaging – plastics processing” – a description that still fits today.
1994
The second generation takes over
2006
Acquisition of Cartofont AG
With the purchase of the Aargau-based competitor, Logo-Plastic AG expands its product range and strengthens its technical expertise.
2008
Relocation to Pratteln
Additional warehouse space is needed. New modern offices are opened at Salinenstrasse 63 in Pratteln. Logistics are outsourced to Planzer AG, located on the same site.
2011
Own production
Start of in-house production in Bad Säckingen, Germany, with seven blow-molding machines. This site is later closed and relocated to the new Logo plant in Königstein.
2015
Acquisition by the Semadeni Plastics Group
On January 1, 2015, the Semadeni Group becomes the sole owner of Logo-Plastic AG. Hanspeter Logo hands over operational management to the new CEO, Jürg Lochinger.
2016
Acquisition of PET-Sachsen GmbH
Logo-Plastic AG acquires PET Sachsen, establishing a production site in eastern Germany.
2017
Opening of the new warehouse in Königstein
The existing production facility of approx. 1,800 m² is expanded, modernized, and complemented with a new 3,800 m² hall.
2018
Foundation of Hellas Packaging I.K.E.
The youngest member of the Semadeni Plastics Group is established. Since January 2018, Hellas Packaging I.K.E. has been selling a range of plastic packaging in Greece.

Since 1960, PluSport has been committed to people with disabilities, enabling integration, joy, and achievement through movement and sport.

Promoting Bowling Sports
The Bowling Club Active Bowler Brunnthal, founded in 2013, now has over 40 members. Its mission is to provide bowling enthusiasts with a community and a place to pursue the sport.
The club organizes evenings, summer events, Christmas parties, and outings – alongside regular league play, individual and team championships. With our support, the club is able to purchase new sports shirts and further promote bowling.
