Advanced plastics technologies
Technologies for plastics processing in Switzerland
From development and injection molding to blow molding, laser processing, and laboratory testing – we provide complete solutions for customized plastic products.
Our services
We manufacture your individual plastic products at our own plants across Europe. Using modern processes such as injection molding, blow molding, joining, machining, and laser processing, we offer a broad technology portfolio. Our development team ensures every solution is precise, functional, and cost-efficient – from the initial idea to full-scale production.
Development
Our development department supports you from concept to series production. We design plastic components to meet material requirements and use state-of-the-art 3D CAD tools as well as Moldflow simulations. This allows us to reliably test thermal, mechanical, and chemical performance. Rapid prototyping and tooling shorten development times, while compliance with regulatory standards ensures safety. The result: economical and process-secure plastic solutions, tailored to your exact requirement
Blow molding
Blow molding is ideal for producing hollow bodies such as bottles, canisters, and containers from thermoplastics. We process PE, PP, and PET, including recycled materials. All systems are equipped with 100% leak testing and optical inspection. The outcome: durable, safe packaging solutions that meet the highest quality standards.
Injection molding
Injection molding produces high-precision plastic parts in both large and small series. We process mass-market plastics such as polyolefins, technical plastics such as PA, ABS, or PC, as well as high-performance materials like PEEK. With clamping forces up to 1,800 kN, we manufacture complex components efficiently and reliably.
Joining, machining & forming
We process semi-finished plastic products such as sheets, pipes or profiles into functional end products. On CNC machines we turn, mill, and drill components. Additional methods include thermoforming as well as hot-gas and extrusion welding. This enables us to produce technical parts and systems – from fume cupboards to collection trays.
Laser processing
With state-of-the-art laser technology, we process plastics precisely and flexibly. PMMA (acrylic glass) is particularly suitable for engravings, signs, logos, or awards. Thanks to digital templates in formats such as DXF or DWG, custom designs can be implemented quickly. Even small batches or single pieces can be produced economically.
Plastics laboratory
Our in-house plastics laboratory enables fast and reliable analysis on site. Services include MFI/MFR testing, structural and residual moisture analysis, as well as damage assessments. These tests safeguard the quality of materials and processes – from raw material to finished product. Properties can be optimized and risks identified early on. With our lab, we offer you added safety and transparency in plastic processing in Switzerland.

Frequently Asked Questions
In our projects, similar questions often arise about processes and applications. Here you’ll find answers to the most important topics around plastic technologies.
What is the difference between injection molding and blow molding?
Injection molding is ideal for precise, complex plastic parts, while blow molding is primarily used for hollow bodies such as bottles or canisters. Each process is optimized for different applications.
What are the advantages of laser processing plastics?
Laser processing enables precise, flexible, and clean cuts or engravings. It is well-suited for logos, signs, and customized products – even in small series.
What are the benefits of plastic processing in Switzerland?
Production in Switzerland guarantees high quality standards, short delivery routes, and reliable processes. This ensures security and sustainability throughout the entire supply chain.
What does finishing or surface refinement of plastics mean?
Finishing refers to processes such as coating, printing, or laser engraving that enhance surfaces. This results in visually appealing and functionally optimized products.
Why is a plastics laboratory important?
An in-house laboratory enables quick material testing and damage analysis. This helps detect potential issues at an early stage and ensures long-term quality in plastic processing.
Do you also process sustainable materials?
Yes, we increasingly use recycled and recyclable plastics. This way, ecological requirements can be combined with functional packaging solutions.
What distinguishes plastic injection molding in Switzerland?
Plastic injection molding in Switzerland stands for the highest precision, modern machinery, and strict quality standards. Local production means short transport routes, high process reliability, and dependable delivery times – a clear advantage compared to international providers.
How can plastic granulate be processed?
Plastic granulate is melted in processes such as injection molding or blow molding and formed into the desired shape. Various materials can be used – from standard plastics to high-performance polymers. This allows for flexible manufacturing of components and packaging.
